FAQ
What does Deadpan & Paper sell?
Deadpan & Paper creates vintage-inspired wall art, printable art, funny graphic t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, totes, stationery and unusual gifts. My designs combine retro imagery, gothic aesthetics, dry humor, strange animals, food puns, alternate histories, and artifacts from imagined worlds.
Are your designs original?
Yes. We are an independent design studio. The concepts, compositions, illustrations and collections are created or creatively reinterpreted by me. Each piece belongs to its own imagined universe and is designed to feel like a strange souvenir or collection, vintage advertisement, lost artifact, or item recovered from another timeline. Some images I source from the Library of Congress that are commercial free, or from Century Library, for which I own a commercial license, and then I reimage or edit them without A.I., and add in some of my own design elements, to create something new. Some things I design digitally, some by hand, and some is a combo. I also source weird trinkets and things out in the wild.
Do you sell both physical products and digital downloads?
Yes. The shop includes physical products, handmade products or bundles, and digital art prints and downloads and PNG files. Please read individual listings before purchasing. Digital items and downloads are clearly identified as such and do not include a physical item.
Who produces and ships the physical products?
Either myself if I am creating and selling limited or one of a kind items at home, or I use various print providers.
